The Course

This training workshop is designed to bring a practical working understanding of the Kanban method. It is an iterative and incremental approach to improving how you are working, by starting with where you are.

By building an understanding of your current process, then implementing metrics to guide small evolutionary changes to minimise risk and maximise the value associated with changing your business.

Students are challenged to think in terms of Value flow and the Lean and Kanban principles to better understand what to do when they return to their workplaces.

At the end of the session you will have the confidence and understanding to begin to encourage the use of Kanban within their own organisation, and support teams in improving their processes.
